Who we are
Vivideo AI Video Generator is an independent web service at vivideoaivideogenerator.lol. It is not affiliated with Vivideo, the model providers named in product descriptions, or their parent companies.
Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Plans and billing
Pro and Max subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Weekly plans bill every week and annual plans bill once per year unless canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars and local taxes may apply.
Render capacity
Video projects may use shared capacity and can wait in a queue during busy periods. Queue position, timing and feature availability can change while capacity is managed.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you may upload and use that content and for following the terms of any model, platform or source material used in a project.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, impersonate people, break applicable law, distribute harmful material or interfere with the site and its security controls.
Third-party services
Google, Stripe, Cloudflare and other referenced providers operate their own services and terms. Outbound links and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features and these terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material billing terms apply for the period in which a purchase was made.
